Salsicharia Lindinha

Maria Olinda — better known by her nickname "Lindinha" — has been in Bolhão since she was 5 years old. Her mother owned a stall, and, for that reason, Lindinha spent her childhood playing in the market. In fact, she tells us that this was her kindergarten before going to school at Colégio Nossa Senhora da Paz, to pursue her studies. Lindinha enjoyed serving her customers, and was, therefore, always willing to help her mother at the stall, despite the fact that there were two other employees working there.

Forty seven years ago, Lidinha got married and decided, that same year, to be closer to her family. For that, she took over another stall in the market, where she has been working on her own until the present.
