Ahara Miranda is one of the new saleswoman at Mercado do Bolhão.

Originally from Mexico, Ahara inherited her taste for healthy food from her family, who already had a business of selling vegetables and fruit in Spain.

The desire to have her own business, and to promote the consumption of nutritious food, led her to open her own stall, where she sells organic vegetables. In addition to vegetables, the Verde Vida stall also offers salads and other snacks made with fresh, organic ingredients.
